TRULY OUTSTANDING!!!! Had a sewer line totally blocked in my basement. Initially called the MW guys and was informed that I would probably need a whole line replacement costing $6413. Thank goodness I found this company (recommended by the city). Brian & Jon showed up promptly same day in (2) well stocked trucks ready to TV, hydrojet, snake machine, etc. These gentlemen never gave up even though my 1959 house had extremely difficult cast iron pipe with a PITA p-trap located in the wall. They spent the better part of the afternoon getting it unblocked and flowing better than ever for $435. Could not be happier !!!!! Shawn (hope I spelled that right), and the very nice office lady were also extremely helpful with the initial consultation as well. You can just tell this company really cares about your problem, will listen, and takes pride in their work. BRAVO!!!!

Ridings Plumbing has been handling my plumbing needs for 20+ years – inspection repairs, income properties and new construction. I wanted to bring to your attention a couple of your employees that provided excellent service. First, Patty was the lady with all the answers (or got the answers for me) whenever I called. She was always courteous and professional. Second, Shawn is my hero! He immediately diagnosed the problem and worked to fix my water bill problem. If you have an employee of the month award, I think you need to split it between Patty and Shawn. They have my vote.
