Our owner, John Ridings, has over 33 years of plumbing experience in the industry. John is a licensed plumber and worked for 19 years before deciding to start his own business. One of the keys to his success has been bringing together a team of knowledgeable, licensed professionals who know how to get the job done right the first time. “We have a good group of employees who have the best interest of our customers in mind. Our employees are prompt and courteous, and they take pride in their work,” explains John. Another key to our success lies in our commitment to offer the best customer service we can provide.

Jim Endris is our estimator and sales manager. He has 35 years of product knowledge and sales experience and is a licensed plumber.   ____________________________________________ Shawn Berroyer is in charge of logistics and also assists in our sales and estimating department. He has been with Ridings Plumbing for 10 years.

Patty Pinkley is our service manager and has 7 years experience in greeting our customers and helping them schedule service and repair work.
